For merchants that process less than $ 500,000.00 a year on Visa and MasterCard they can sign in the Personal Guarantee section. For processing over $ 500,000.00 the merchant must sign in the middle of the document as a corporate officer and supply a copy of the Corporation's most
recent Federal Tax Return.

For Mail Order and Telephone order Merchants, we must have copies of three months
of processing from their current provider.
